Pioneer Lodge
The Pioneer Lodge makes it easy to meet new friends, focus on your interests, and do the things you never had time to do. With our daily scheduled recreational activities for all levels of abilities, the possibilities are endless!
The Pioneer Lodge is designed for people like you! Seniors who are wanting to get in on the action, and trade in the responsibilities of maintaining a home, for a simplified lifestyle that allows you the time for friends, family and fun!
At the Pioneer Lodge we have a variety of activities including; fitness classes, organized day trips & outings, on-site movie nights, crib night, bingo, and shuffleboard.
Colonel Macleod Manor
Colonel Macleod Manor, in Fort Macleod, is comprised of 20 fully self-contained units for seniors who are able to live independently. They are conveniently located near the hospital and a short distance to shopping and the town centre. Applicants must be 65 years of age or older. Exceptions may be made for applicants with special circumstances. In addition, applicants must be functionally independent, with or without the assistance of homecare.
The Colonel Macleod Manor is attached to the Pioneer Lodge allowing tenants access to amenities such as meals, entertainment and activities at the Lodge. There are two coin operated laundry facilities as well as furnished common areas where we encourage seniors to socialize and participate in activities such as puzzles and reading.
Rent at both Manors are geared to the tenants income. It is calculated on 30% of gross income.
Colonel Macleod Manor is a NON-SMOKING, and pet-free complex.
Chinook Arch Manor
Chinook Arch Manor, in Granum is comprised of 6 fully self-contained units, also for seniors who are able to live independently. Applicants must be 65 years of age or older. Exceptions may be made for applicants with special circumstances. In addition, applicants must be functionally independent, with or without the assistance of homecare.
There is an on-site coin operated laundry facility as well as a furnished common area where we encourage our seniors to socialize and participate in activities such as puzzles and reading.
Chinook Arch Manor is a NON-SMOKING, pet-free complex
